  • How do I reserve the game truck?
    You can reserve the game truck online, by email at contactme@gameologistsllc.com, or by phone at 678-800-9258. A deposit of $125 is due to secure your date/time. Here are the packages you can choose from: - 2 hour weekday party at $350 - 2 hour weekend party at $400 - 2 hour corporate party or event beginning at $500 - 1 additional hour for $100
  • Will I need to pay a deposit?
    Yes. To confirm your preferred date and time, a $125 deposit is required upon booking. The outstanding balance must be paid 48 hours prior to the start of your event. Please note that failure to complete payment before the event start time may result in cancellation.
  • Where do you park the game truck during an event?
    When you secure your booking date/time, we will ask where we can park the game truck. Please have this information ready when you book. We will need the following in order to park the game truck: - A safe and approved parking spot with permission to be on the grounds from the property owner. - The selected area must provide a minimum of 60 feet of space - There must be a level surface for parking. To ensure our employees safety, we will not: - Travel on any unpaved surface - Drive down single-lane access roads or driveways NOTE: If we don't have adequte room to set up, we will cancel your event.
  • How long do you need to set up before a party?
    We only need 15 minutes before your party begins to set up.
  • What is your guest age limit?
    - Gameologists LLC™ does require a responsible adult to be present inside or outside the trailer at all times for children under 17 years of age. - For the well-being of our younger guests, children under 3 must be carried at all times, no exception.
  • Are there any travel fees?
    Yes, travel fees do apply. Here are the fee options for zip code 30214: Within 10-20 miles: No additional fees Within 21-50 miles: $50 fee For distances exceeding 51 miles, please contact us to assess the travel fee. Travel fees will be included in the final invoice and must be paid 48 hours before your event's scheduled start time.
  • What is your refund/cancellation policy?
    We do not offer refunds. However, our team is committed to accommodating your needs by diligently working to reschedule or postpone your event to another date, should cancellation become necessary, with no additional fees or penalties.
  • Is food or beverage allowed in the game truck?
    Due to the high volume of electronics in our trailer, food and beverages are not allowed in the game truck. Guests are welcome to eat and drink outside of the truck.
  • Can alcohol be brought onto the game truck?
    Adults over 21 may have alcohol at any Gameologists LLC™ event outside of the trailer. We reserve the right to shut down any party if alcohol use becomes excessive or unsafe. Additionally, alcohol consumption by individuals under 21 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the event.
  • Are drugs allowed on the game truck?
    No, drugs of any nature are not allowed. If we observe the use of illegal drugs, we will end the event.
  • What is your weather policy?
    Our state of the art trailer can handle most weather conditions, however, in the event of severe weather, we reserve the right to postpone the party and will work with you to reschedule your party at a later date.
  • What is your COVID-19 policy?
    We are adhering to the CDC guidelines and regulations. All guests are encouraged to wear face coverings but are not required. Gameologists LLC will not be held responsible for anyone who gets exposed to COVID-19.
  • How is the game truck powered?
    Our game truck has its own ultra-quiet generator to run our systems and carbon monoxide detectors.
  • What is the damage/injury policy?
    Gameologists LLC™ will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the truck in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Gameologists LLC™ assumes no responsibility for any bodily injuries sustained on the trailer, client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
  • What are your terms and conditions?
    I. OVERVIEW AND DEFINITIONS Definitions. GAMEOLOGIST is the service provider and shall include GAMEOLOGIST as well as its employees, agents, or assigns. You, the Client (hereinafter “Client”) shall include the person receiving services from GAMEOLOGIST and shall include but not be limited to the owner of the property where the event is being held, the host of the event, and guests at the event. Collectively, GAMEOLOGIST and Client shall be referred to as “the Parties.” The event Client is hiring GAMEOLOGIST for shall be defined in external communications between the parties and is hereby incorporated by reference (hereinafter “the Event”). Scope. This document, titled Term and Conditions, shall serve as the agreement between the Parties. The scope of work between the parties, unless otherwise specified in a signed writing, shall consist of GAMEOLOGIST providing gaming and other related entertainment services (if specified in writing) for the time period agreed upon by the Parties. Client shall be the beneficiary of services rendered by GAMEOLOGIST as specified herein and via incorporation by reference. II. ACCEPTANCE Client unconditionally agrees to these Terms and Conditions by any of the following acts: (1) signing the terms and conditions; (2) submission of deposit to GAMEOLOGIST; or (3) GAMEOLOGIST providing Client the beneficial service prior to receipt of payment. III. LIABILITY Client shall hold harmless, defend, and indemnify GAMEOLOGIST against all liability, claims, demands, and lawsuits for personal injury, property damages, delay claims, and any other type of loss or damage. This shall include but is not limited to both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage and personal injuries. GAMEOLOGIST assumes no responsibility for any injuries sustained on Clients’ property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of Client. GAMEOLOGIST shall not be liable for delays, delay damages, or consequential, special, or incidental damages. GAMEOLOGIST’s maximum liability is the agreed upon contract amount. IV. DAMAGES TO GAMEOLOGIST EQUIPMENT GAMEOLOGIST reserves the right to charge Clients’ credit card for damages to GAMEOLOGIST’s trailer or any equipment resulting from the careless, negligent, or willful conduct of Client. Client shall be entitled to a summary of any such damages prior to being charged at the request of Client. V. PRIVACY POLICY Dissemination of Information. GAMEOLOGIST is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Photo Release Authorization. Client grants GAMEOLOGIST full authority and all rights to photograph and record video of the event to be used for advertising and illustrative purposes. Client may exercise the right to refuse this release of photo and video recording by making such a request in writing. VI. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY Payment Terms. A deposit of $125.00 is required at the time of reservation. The deposit is applied to Clients’ balance. Forty-eight hours prior to commencing on the date of the event, Client must pay the remaining balance in full. The total amount for the Event is hereby incorporated by reference to any communication discussing the contracted amount. Cancelation Policy. GAMEOLOGIST provides most of its’ awesome environment, rain or shine. Nonetheless we understand that emergencies can happen. Cancellations made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event will receive 100 % refund. Cancellations made thirteen (13) days or less prior to the scheduled event date shall only be allowed to reschedule, meaning the deposit becomes non-refundable at that point. GAMEOLOGIST maintains the exclusive right to unilaterally terminate services in the event Client acts unruly, disrespectful, violent, or engages in any other conduct (to be determined in GAMEOLOGIST’s sole opinion) that impedes GAMEOLOGIST from performing its work or affects the safety of GAMEOLOGIST, Client, or any third party.
